At 4DSL, our coaching team is powered by the dedicated professionals from 4D Wellness, bringing years of personal recovery and expertise to your wellness routines. We prioritize lived experience, mentorship, and personalized guidance to support every resident’s journey. Our core coaches lead the weekly included group education classes on a rotating schedule and are available for daily accountability and house support.
Our team isn’t just staff—they’re mentors who’ve walked the path of recovery. While the weekly group classes are included for all residents, residents interested in more intensive support can access private one-on-one coaching through 4D Wellness separately. Together, we create a nurturing brotherhood where every resident feels seen, supported, and motivated to thrive.

Austin
Owner & Operator
As the visionary behind 4D Wellness and 4DSL, Austin leads sessions on nutrition (including macro tracking, supplementation, and meal prepping), optimizing daily routines for high performance, and goal setting with habit formation. Drawing from his own recovery story, Austin helps residents build disciplined, purpose-driven lives through mindset shifts, physical transformation, and practical strategies.

Coach Gil
LMSW , LCDC, BCN
Gil brings advanced knowledge of neuroscience and neural pathways to the house. His group classes explore how the brain works in recovery, rewiring habits, managing cravings, and enhancing mental clarity for long-term sobriety and optimal functioning.

Coach Brett
Breathwork & Meditation Expert
Brett specializes in breath-work and meditation techniques designed to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and build emotional resilience. His sessions teach powerful tools for mindfulness, presence, and inner calm—essential for navigating early recovery and maintaining balance in daily life.

Coach AARON
HIIT and Run Coach
A former United States Marine with four years of dedicated service, Aaron brings discipline and high-performance mindset to fitness coaching. As a certified HIIT and Orangetheory Fitness instructor, he specializes in high-intensity interval training and endurance challenges like ultramarathon running. His group classes emphasize pushing physical and mental limits while integrating mindfulness and meditation for balanced, resilient recovery.

Yoga Guide
Jessica leads restorative and dynamic yoga practices focused on physical alignment, flexibility, strength, and spiritual connection. Her classes incorporate movement with mindfulness to support detoxification, emotional release, and a deeper sense of peace and body awareness.

HOUSE MANAGER
David Kontz is a dedicated and experienced recovery professional who brings both heart and structure to 4D Sober Living. As a longtime member of AA and a resident House Manager who lives on-site, David leads with love, compassion, and strong accountability — creating a safe, respectful, and highly supportive environment where men can focus on rebuilding their lives.
